Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges of products purchased outside Israel are not accepted.

Returns and Exchanges through Israeli Post

The merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the day it was received via Israel Post. Please send us the package from the nearest post office to you. Israel Post compromise to transfer the package up to 14 business days. When the package arrives, our customer service will contact you to update.

Returns and Exchanges Through International Post

Please contact us via email at aya@ayuchka.com within 14 days from the day you received the merchandise to coordinate the exchange.

Please note:

• The shipping charges are at the customer's expense.
• Items on sale may not be returned.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag,  may not qualify for an exchange.
• Return of Chanel and Hermés brands are not allowed.
